• In-house adjuster
• Estimator
• Project manager
• Trade coordinator

That means no production headaches and no administrative work. Just sell and earn.

Commission Structure

• 35% – 50% profit split depending on experience
• No cap on commissions
• Six-figure income potential for driven sales reps

We are actively looking for sales reps in:

• Austin
• Waco
• Temple
• Lampasas
• Surrounding Central Texas areas

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners about roofing needs
• Inspect roofs and discuss replacement options
• Generate leads through networking and prospecting
• Work storm restoration and retail roofing opportunities
• Close deals and hand the project to our office team

What We’re Looking For

• Roofing sales experience OR door-to-door sales experience
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to customer homes
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-only role
