Seeking an AI Web Dev (Claude, OpenAI, Lovable, Bolt, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Claude Code setups within VS Code to accelerate development workflows and code quality.

• Architect and implement modern, functional websites using best-in-class technologies and tooling.

• Leverage hosting platforms (Vercel, Netlify, and equivalents) for scalable deployments; design and implement seamless integration of database services within these environments.

• Design and implement data-layer integrations using Supabase, Firebase (or comparable services), and optimize how these databases interact with Claude Code-driven projects.

• Evaluate and select tooling and patterns for efficient, secure, accessible web development; mentor junior developers on best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency configuring Claude Code in VS Code for production-grade projects.

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development, including performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

• Hands-on experience with Vercel and Netlify (or similar hosting services): deployment workflows, environment variables, previews, and CI/CD concepts.

• Ability to integrate databases in hosting environments: connecting apps to databases, managing schemas, migrations, and security considerations.

• Experience with Supabase and Firebase (or similar BaaS) and best practices for integrating them with client-side and serverless architectures.

• Familiarity with senior-level developer tooling and workflows; ability to guide architecture decisions and optimize developer productivity.

Optional/Nice-to-Haves

• Understanding of comparing hosting providers and choosing between free tiers and paid plans based on project needs.

• Examples or case studies showing end-to-end deployments on Vercel or Netlify with database integration.
