Most recently I worked with Texas Department of State Health Services and led the successful migration of 3,000 healthcare facilities to a secure sFTP gateway, ensuring a seamless transition while strengthening data reporting infrastructure. I have also developed operational monitoring dashboards in Tableau, providing enhanced analytics for performance tracking.
